The BAF calculation for April 2024 was meticulously conducted using Platts' fuel price index for VLSFO. The review period spanned from November 26, 2023, to February 25, 2024, with an average bunker price of $593.26 per ton considered for the assessment.

Previous Rate Comparison:

In comparison to the previous review period, which ranged from August 26, 2023, to November 25, 2023, the average bunker price for VLSFO was $634.58 per ton. This adjustment reflects the dynamic nature of fuel prices and allows Maersk to accurately account for these changes in its tariff structure.

Implementation Details:
