The PSS applies to shipments destined for the following regions:
Middle East: UAE, Bahrain, Iraq, Iran, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan.
Indian Subcontinent: India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
Purpose and Implications:
