Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) Revision: North Europe to Mediterranean, Adriatic, Black Sea & North Africa

In response to recent regional developments CMA CGM announces a revision to the Peak Season Surcharge (PSS), effective from March 15th, 2024, until further notice. This revision is tailored for cargo shipments originating from North Europe, including the UK, Scandinavia, Poland, Baltic States, and Ireland, and destined for the Mediterranean area, Adriatic, Black Sea region, and North Africa (excluding Morocco).

Understanding the PSS Revision

Origin Range:

From North Europe (excluding Portugal & Spain)

UK

Scandinavia

Poland

Baltic States

Ireland

Destination Range:

To the entire Mediterranean area, Adriatic, Black Sea region, and North Africa (excluding Morocco)

Cargo:

Dry cargo, including OOG (Out of Gauge) & special equipment

Surcharge Amount:

EUR 200 per unit

GBP 200 per unit (for UK shipments)
